The National AIDS Conference (NAC) co-organized by Government and NGOs will be held on September 10 - 12, 2008. It is expected that various institutions including government institutions, NGOs, civil societies, private institutions, and donors working on the response to HIV/AIDS and human rights in Cambodia will get involved in order to disseminate the best practices, lesson learned and good experiences and collect information.
There will be 40 booths during the conference at Chaktomouk Theatre, Phnom Penh City.
Key Responsibilities
- Every organization has to prepare and be ready their products before the opening day which will be held on September 10, 2008
- Every organization must have at least on person to display its own products
- Exhibition Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any lost items of the exhibitors
- Exhibition Organizing Committee will not be responsible for transportation, food, and accommodation for the exhibitors, from provinces or Phnom Penh, except those organizations which have been formally approved and notified by the Committee.
- Every organization cannot change the location set by the Committee
- Materials needed to decorate the booth is responsible by own institutions
- Every organization has to ensure that the products to be displayed have to fit to the space provided / can be shared with another organization.
Requirements
- Organizations must be NGO, MARP, Government, Non-NGO, or Private institution
- The products to be displayed such as documents, IEC materials, documentaries, or other materials, which are not related to drugs or weapons, must be made by the own organization.
- Every organization must fill in the Application Form attached and send to Exhibition Coordinator on/before the deadline. The Exhibition Coordinator has to submit all of application to Organizing Committee for get approval.
- The locations for all exhibitors have been set by the organizing committee
- Private institution must be contributing US$ 500 in cash for each booth

All applications will be notified by email/telephone after approval process is completed if you are selected for an exhibition. Interested organization should submit application form to Ms Duch Sovannra, Exhibition Coordinator at HACC # 175, Street 155, Khan Chamcarmorn, Phnom Penh or via dsovannra@hacccambodia.org, tel. : 012 953 835 by 15th of August 2008.
Qualified organizations living with HIV/AIDS, MSM, DU/IDU, Sex worker are strongly encouraged to apply.
