1. Venue
The preferred venues for the conference will be the Chaktomuk Theatre and Cambodiana Hotel for breakout sessions.
2. Date
The conference will be held on 10th, 11th, 12th September 2008.

4. Participants and the Registration Process
There will be 400 participants invited by the conference steering committee. These participants are expected to confirm their attendance but registration will occur at the conference on the conference day. There are 100 seats for self-payment; these will be available for purchase no later than 4 weeks before the conference. Please refer to the conference website www.nac3.hacccambodia.org in the near future for information on how and where to purchase these tickets.

5. Presentation / Abstract Submission
Any individual is invited to submit an abstract as an; achievement, lesson-learned or best practice method, that could be shared at the conference based on the topics provided in the conference program. Abstracts can be submitted online (www.nac3.hacccambodia.org) or can be delivered as a hard copy to: Conference co-chair secretariat- Mr. Uy Chanthon

6. Pre and Post Press Conference
There will be two press events organized:
• Press conference before the event
• Press conference after the event
7. Fee
The registration fee for the conference is USD$100 for foreigners and USD$50 for Cambodian citizens, with 1 conference pack, including some related documents.

8. Language
The Khmer Language is the official language used for the conference. Simultaneous translations will be available during the opening ceremony, closing ceremony and plenary sessions. For breakout sessions any presenter who does not speak the Khmer language is expected to bring an independent translator and the slide presentation is required to be translated into Khmer.

To document the effi ciency of the conference, the conference will be evaluated by an independent body to assess both the quantity and quality of the whole conference. The fi ndings will be used to facilitate the planning phase for the 4th National AIDS Conference.
